Order processing times. After an order is placed, we ask for you to allow 5 working days until it is posted, on many occasions we will get your order shipped before then. Under busier periods it could be 10 working days but we will notify you.

Domestic and international shipping options. All UK orders are posted second class and aim to be with you in 3-5 working days. For international sales please allow 4 weeks before contacting us. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.

Shipping costs. All UK postage is free. For any international sales, customers are responsible for any customs and taxes charges your order may incur. these vary from country to country so unfortunately, we cannot advise on potential costs.

Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store. unfortunately, this isn't offered. However, for any issues feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to help.
